Returns and Refunds Policy

Every piece in this shop is made to order, created specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of that, returns and exchanges are limited — but I’ll always make things right if something arrives damaged or isn’t as described.
 
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives with a printing flaw, damage in transit, or any clear issue, please reach out within 30 days of delivery.
Contact me with:
* Your order number
* A few clear photos showing the problem
* A short note describing what happened
Once confirmed, I’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You won’t need to ship the damaged piece back unless specifically requested.
 
Color and Material Variations
Each piece is individually printed using professional materials. Minor variations in color tone, paper texture, or print alignment are part of the production process and are not considered defects. Colors may also appear slightly different from what you see on your screen — every display renders tones uniquely.
 
Print-to-Order Work
Because all artwork is created to order, returns and exchanges for reasons like size, design preference, or change of mind can’t be accepted. Please double-check details before ordering and reach out if you need clarification on sizing, paper finish, or product type before you buy.
 
Lost or Misdelivered Orders
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your local postal service first to check for holding or misdelivery. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact me — I’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve it.
 
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method once the issue is verified. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days.

All sales are final. No refunds are permitted.
 

Commissions

All custom commissioned work requires a nonrefundable 50% deposit of the design fee for work to start. You will be provided updates as the piece progresses for approval. The remaining 50% of the design fee plus printing and shipping costs are due before the piece will be released.
